Consumer Financial Services Associate

Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial litigation for the consumer financial services practice group. Excellent academics, legal research, writing and analytical skills, as well as federal and state court experience, are required. Financial institutions litigation experience is preferred. Must be a member of The Florida Bar.

Corporate Associate

Associate with 3 to 5 years of mergers & acquisitions and private equity transactional experience. Must possess strong drafting skills, excellent academics and have at least 3 years of large law firm experience. Must be a member of The Florida Bar or willing to sit for the next examination.

Litigation Associate

Associate with 3 to 4 years of general commercial litigation experience.  We are seeking a creative, yet pragmatic, thinker who takes initiative and is focused on solving complex problems efficiently.  Experience taking depositions, arguing motions or hearings in court, and trial experience or a strong desire to try cases is preferred.  This individual must have the ability to work as a team member in a collaborative environment.  Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills are required. A minimum of 2 years of law firm experience is preferred. Must be a member of The Florida Bar or willing to sit for the next exam.  

Real Estate Associate

Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including commercial loan originations, leasing (preferably office and retail leasing), acquisition and sales transactions (e.g., purchase and sale agreements, commercial diligence, management agreements, brokerage agreements). Must possess excellent research and writing skills and academics. Must be a member of The Florida Bar or willing to sit for the next examination.
