Broward County - Assistant County Attorney (Environmental, Land Use, and Administrative Law)

The Broward County Attorney’s Office is accepting applications for the position of an Assistant County Attorney in the areas of environmental, land use, and administrative law.  Membership in The Florida Bar is required.  Strong academic record and effective oral and written communication skills are essential.  A minimum of seven (7) years’ legal work experience is preferred.  Must have ability to represent the County in various types of local government administrative and civil proceedings and provide legal advice to departmental staff.  Must have diligent work ethic, strong interpersonal skills, and be a team player.  Strong benefits and competitive salary based on experience.  Candidates desiring flexible working arrangements may be considered.  Position open until filled.  Send resume to Michael C.
