The Shepard Broad College of Law in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida is seeking an adjunct professor to teach Real Estate Transactions Workshop. The course description is below. Candidates with approximately at least 5 years of practice experience, and with prior teaching experience will be given priority. Real Estate Transactions Workshop (3 Credits)

The workshop is designed to develop the skills and knowledge involved in the acquisition and disposition of real estate. The workshop will include the acquisition of essential information, and the preparation and use of the documents involved in those activities.
