Mid-Level Land Use and Zoning Associate

Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod LLP is seeking a Land Use and Zoning associate with 3+ years' experience.  Candidates must have strong academic credentials and at least 3 years of relevant experience, including (a) a strong understanding of the general principals of law relevant to land use and zoning; (b) experience preparing, filing, and processing applications for development approval; and (c) experience working with staff in connection with the review of applications.  Candidates with familiarity working with the staff in the jurisdictions of Miami-Dade County, the City of Miami, or the City of Miami Beach will be favorably considered.
